- Full size sign, brochure box and lock box installed within 2 business days of listing date.
- Arch Telecom 800 number sign rider. This system captures prospective buyers’ contact info (even if they use a call blocking system) allowing us the opportunity to push for the sale of your property.
- Verbal notification to the 50 closest neighbors to the property within 5 business days of the listing. Simply put, our buyers agents knock on neighbors’ doors and ask who would be interested in buying the property.
- Rotating exposure in Homes & Land magazine. We have a revolving call to action ad in every Homes & Land that states “by the time you read this ad, this great foreclosure deal will be gone, Call now to get your great deal”. The ad brings in about 6 – 8 potential buyers a month.
- Homefeedback.com. Program that sends a questionnaire to every agent that shows the property. When we know their clients objections we can work to overcome them in order to bring in an offer.
Technology for Maximum Efficiency
- Web Site – Main team site, www.AgentYork.com. Truly a one stop shop for Tucson Real Estate information. Past, present, and future clients can use this site to review all of the team listings as well as all other homes listed in the Tucson MLS. Beyond home searching, people have access to mortgage calculators, community info (crime rates etc.), and school data. There are also systems in place to capture site users contact information.
- Home Feedback – Homefeedback.com provides a multiple choice and fill in the blank questionnaire. After downloading property showing data we forward a questionnaire to the showing agent. When they fill out the questionnaire a listing agent contacts them to discuss their client’s objections and motivations. The goal is to overcome the objections and to get an offer.
- Arch Telecom – 800 number with the ability to capture a callers information. This system is used in all of our print advertising and on the property as well. We know what property they are calling on, and where they saw it advertised. This enables us to reel in potential buyers as well as measure our overall marketing results thus enabling our targeted advertising to be as effective as possible.
- Top Producer – The glue that holds everything together. This program pulls 800 number and web site inquires into one system. This streamlines our ability to manage leads on your listing. Top Producer also manages all aspects of the transaction. Every deadline for your listing will be entered into this highly customizable system. The end result… Quality proactive performance and assurance that every foreseeable issue will be addressed before it has a chance to fall through the cracks.
